Being honest about the distance
Dombivli to the Western Suburbs is not a short trip in Mumbai traffic, whatever the map distance suggests. This stretch of the city has its own patterns, different again from South Mumbai or the areas nearer Dombivli:
- Dense high-rise towers with ground-floor commercial or office space, more often than a purely residential building - the survey has to cover both uses where they share a compound or an entrance.
- Widespread redevelopment. If your building is a few years from redevelopment, we will usually recommend phasing rather than a full permanent install - fund the gate and perimeter, defer internal cabling that would be demolished anyway.
- Heavier vehicle and foot traffic at gates than most societies we work with elsewhere, which changes how a barrier and access-control system needs to handle peak-hour volume.
How a job runs

Yes, on the same basis as anywhere outside our immediate area: a proper survey, an itemised quote, and honest terms on response time given the distance. We do not yet have the long-standing client base here that we have closer to home, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
How does fault response work given the distance from Dombivli?
